Technology Training Program – IT Fundamentals (Carlos Rosario)
The IT Fundamentals class is a 5-month program, 200 hours of classroom instruction along with virtual simulation and hands-on practice, prepares students to become CompTIA IT Fundamentals, entry level certification in Information Technology (IT) Students learn the fundamentals of computing networks, operating systems, hardware, security, software development and database concepts, cloud computing and virtualization. Students will also be introduced to IT professionals, a variety of employability skills, and potential IT pathways. Classes are hybrid at the Sonia Gutierrez Campus Morning Classes (Monday-Friday: 9:00–11:30am)Evening Classes ( Monday-Thursday: 6:00-8:30pm)

Requirements:
Must be 18+ years of age
Must be a DC resident and able to provide proof
High school diploma/GED
Eligible for ESL 8 (high intermediate) or higher
Application Requirements:
Complete Interest Form (rolling admissions/lottery for Fall classes )
Pass the Internal Entrance Exam (Comp Literacy at 70% or higher)
