OSSE's Career Ready Internships (CRI) is an opportunity for Career and Technical Education (CTE) students to participate
in paid summer internships aligned to their CTE career cluster. Through CRI, students can gain valuable real-world work
experience, receive professional mentorship, and are supported to develop transferable workplace skills.

CRI Eligibility
To be eligible for CRI, students must:
- Be a DC resident
- Be a DC high school 10th or 11th grader
- Have completed or be enrolled in the first and second-level courses in their CTE program of study
Student Benefits
CRI participants will…
- Earn $17 per hour

Program Requirements
To participate in CRI, students must:
- Register by the January 31, 2025 deadline
- Complete professional skills training (such as Tenacity)
- Submit a resume by February 13, 2025
- Participate in interview process with potential employers
- Full onboarding requirements & submit paperwork
- Attend student orientation
