Registered Electrical Apprentice
Begin to acquire tools for the electrical trade. Register and attend a Maryland Apprenticeship program (IEC, ABC, Carroll County, etc.). Maintain proper attendance and above average grade point. Learn and understand safety on construction jobsites. Maintain a clean appearance and professional attitude.
Position/Opportunity: Registered Electrical Apprentice (Altimate Electric Inc.)
Salary: $20/hour
Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age
Be legally able to work in the United States.
Must be able to bend and stretch overhead easily.
Ability to withstand prolonged periods of time in the extreme heat or cold.
Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
Have good hand eye coordination and endurance.
Have good mobility (for shoveling, sweeping, etc.)
Qualifications/Skills:
Be able to follow directions.
Be able to give directions.
Be able to concentrate on tasks and learn repeating tasks.
Moderate to advance understanding of tools, material and fasteners.
Punctuality & dependability.
The ability to understand and communicate information.
Must have reliable transportation to and from any of our job sites and Apprenticeship classes
